Description

Cork is a natural material taken from the bark of the Cork Oak Tree. The process of extracting the bark from this tree doesn’t kill the tree as it continues to grow more bark. This means that cork is highly sustainable and environmentally friendly. Cork flooring is considered to be the softest, or most comfortable, flooring option after carpet.

Readycork is a glue-less alternative to a traditional cork flooring. Similar to an engineered timber floor, Readycork has a 3mm veneer of natural cork, prefinished with a selection of 6 earthy colours, and protected by 5 layers of UV Lacquer. Mounted to a 6mm high-density fibreboard with an integrated 1.5mm cork underlay. Readycork features a click-system installation which massively reduces the installation process compared to traditional glue-down cork.
